Our extensive range covers everything the caterer requires. Whether it is installing temporary kitchen facilities whilst refurbishment is in progress or supplying an event where everything is needed. JONGOR THAMES VALLEY can provide ovens, boilers, fryers, furniture, linen, china or glassware. We can also offer silverware, coloured and unusual glassware and chinaware.

All of our stock is thoroughly checked before delivery

Our products and service are managed by trained, professional staff, who support our customer throughout the order, delivery and return process.

We put a tremendous effort into making sure our products are always reliable. The repair, maintenance and renovation is carried out in our extensive workshops to the highest standards by our qualified craftsmen.

However, big or small, our customers know that they will receive their products on time and ready for immediate use. JONGOR THAMES VALLEY’S reputation for reliability is legendary.

We accept payment by cash, cheque and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and Switch. A deposit is required to secure your order. For frequent hirers a credit account may be opened, subject to status.

All prices exclude Value Added Tax which is charged at the current rate.

Our standard (3 day) rate covers a hire period of up to 72 hours. Our weekly (4-7 days) rate covers the full 7 day period of hire, any additional days will be charged at our extra day rate. Long term, seasonal and special event rates are by quotation.

For your peace of mind we strongly recommend that a suitable insurance be taken out as all equipment is the responsibility of the customer during the hire period.

JONGOR THAMES VALLEY provides a fast and efficient delivery service, ensuring that all your hire equipment is delivered on time. Alternatively you can collect your equipment from a local branch. For further details on delivery charges, please call our sales office.

Emergency Cover

JONGOR THAMES VALLEY prides itself on our customer service and we therefore provide an emergency back up service for any out of hours problems which you may encounter. This service enables last minute omissions to be dealt with out of hours, and over the weekend period.

At JONGOR THAMES VALLEY we offer you the choice. If you wish to return any of the china, glassware, cutlery or tableware dirty, then a small cleaning charge will apply. Products should be returned with food removed and in the containers provided.

All electrical items run on a standard plug from 24Ov supply.

All gas appliances are designed to run off propane which requires outside storage.

Gas can be supplied with an appliance, for which there will be an additional

charge.

All our cutlery, plates, bowls, cups and saucers are hygienically packed in multiples of 10.

The safety of our customers, their staff and clients is of paramount importance to us. All our equipment is maintained to the highest standards, and is supplied with full instructions for its use. Please ensure that all those who are using the equipment are informed of the correct procedures on how to use it.
